How was your first week of 2018?? I am feeling fueled by the amazing calendar of January offered by the Greater Good Science Center (GGSC) and starting my year off by intentionally cultivating well-being with a number of evidence-based activities. Finally, don't forget to check out the GGSC Calendar!
I hope you have a wonderful week for self-care, and I will see you again next Monday!
